P/E is a
highly recommended, thoroughly researched discovery tool to help dating,
engaged, married, cohabiting or gay or lesbian couples learn more about themselves
and each other, to build a stronger relationship and/or marriage.
Life
Innovations offers a choice of 5 questionnaires, each designed for
couples at different stages of their relationship, asking questions
specific to their stage and unique circumstances, to help them
assess their strengths and the challenges ahead.
The 5
different questionnaires are:

for dating or engaged couples

for pre-marital couples with 1 or more
children

Prepare-CC
for cohabiting couples

Enrich
for married couples at any stage, to enrich their
relationship or help work out issues

Mate
for couples over age 50 who are getting married, or are
married and want coaching or counseling, or are going
through life transitions such as retirement, or have become
empty-nesters. |
For
couples who don't easily fit any of these categories, we would
select the one that seems most suited. 70% of the questions are
identical in all 5.
The
report will highlight relationship topics in which you both have a
close correlation, that is, a lot of agreement or alignment. The
report will also show discrepancies, or major differences in
feelings, attitudes and concerns in any of the 26 categories.

We use
the assessment report, and further discussion, along with the
Building a Stronger Marriage Workbook to help you enhance your
relationship
Step 1:
Request to take a P/E assessment.
Together we select the best assessment for you, based on your life
and relationship status,.
Step 2:
Payment. Cost to take the
assessment: $40/couple.
Step 3:
Setup.
As a certified PE coach, I register you both in advance, and obtain
login IDs for you both.
Step 4:
Taking the survey.
Each of you takes the assessment, alone, online.
It consists
of 165 multiple-choice questions
in 26
different categories,
will take
about an hour to 75 minutes for each of you.
You may stop
and save your answers, and complete it later.
Step 5:
Report prepared.
After you both complete your surveys, I receive the integrated
report that analyzes your responses as a couple.
Step 6:
Showing you the report.
As a couple, we meet for several sessions to
understand the results, and see how this can improve and deepen your
relationship. Please note that Life Innovations requires the
coach or counselor to keep the report. You see the results and the Build a
Stronger Marriage Workbook.
Step 7: Begin the Building a Strong
Marriage program
You receive this workbook, which we use in the subsequent sessions to
understand each other more deeply, and learn strategies to resolve your
conflicts. You may also want to try some
Relationship Nourishment sessions.
